Transfers - Every 10 minutes. The journey takes about 5 minutes.
Security - 24-hour security patrols, CCTV monitoring, perimeter fencing and floodlighting. This is a Park Mark approved car park.
On arrival - At the barrier machine insert the same credit or debit card used for booking. When the barrier is raised drivers can park their own car in the car park.
On return - Using the same card insert it into the barrier. If a ticket was issued on entry, take it and your booking confirmation sheet to the reception desk next to the exit. Bookings will be confirmed manually.
Important information - Passengers arriving outside the regular transfer bus times need to press the transfer bus intercom to arrange transfer on demand. Advanced booking is available and advised for this service.
Directions - Exit the M4 at J4, which is signed 'Heathrow Airport'. Follow the signs for Long Term Parking. You will need to take the second turn on the left, off Heathrow Spur Road, and then turn right at the roundabout. When you come to a set of traffic lights, turn left and follow signs reading 'Long Stay Parking'.
