Terms & Conditions of Booking
This section aims to bring important points to your attention. We've tried to make it as brief, easy to read, and easy to understand as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Call Monitoring & Recording
As part of our continuing effort to ensure you receive the highest service standards, we may monitor and record your call for training purposes.
All prices are for pre-booking and include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%. Parking prices are given in GB £s per vehicle and cover the duration of the dates you have entered.
Secured Airport Parking
Please make sure you have directions to your car park.
24 hour transfers to and from the airport: are included in the price unless the airport is within walking distance or not operational 24 hours. Please make sure you have the transfer schedule for your car park. We cannot accept responsibility for missed departure if you arrive at the car park without allowing sufficient time; we recommend that you arrive at 30 minutes before your check in time.
Minimum stays:A minimum stay applies on some car parks. Should you wish to stay for fewer days you can, but the cost of the minimum duration is payable.
Car keys:In the interests of efficient operation you must be prepared to leave your car keys with car park staff if requested to do so.
Barrier System:Car park barrier systems may require use of your credit card for entry and exit. We will need to send your credit card details to the car park as part of the booking process. This process is secure and will be used for this purpose only.
Insurance:All parking is subject to the terms and conditions of the individual car park. Parking is always at the owner's risk.
High-sided or unusually wide vehicles: Not all car parks can accommodate them or there may be an extra charge. Secpark act as booking agents for the car parks featured.
Cancellation, Amendments & Refunds:Bookings can be cancelled up to 48hrs before the day of departure and will be subject to a £7.50 administration charge.
Bookings cancelled on the day of travel or after will be charged at the full cost. No refund is available for unused part stays.
