Drive directly to the airport where you will be met by an uniformed Ace chauffeur. Your car will be taken to a secure compound while you are away and returned to the airport terminal for your return.

Simply follow the signs to your departure terminal. Exact instructions to meet the chauffeur will be issued at the time of booking
Arrival Instructions
As it is difficult to predict exactly what time you will arrive at the airport, Ace ask that you phone 20 minutes before arriving. Numbers will be provided at the time of booking.
North Terminal: LOWER LEVEL
On approach to the North Terminal, There are 3 lanes take the middle lane sign posted arrivals and car rentals ( LOWER LEVEL ), Keep in the lane CARS ONLY proceed to the end of the lane. DO NOT GO TO UPPER LEVEL, You will be met outside the car rentals building. Look out for our ACE representative wearing a Black Jacket / Pink shirt, who will be waiting to collect your vehicle.
South Terminal: LOWER LEVEL
On approach to the South Terminal follow the signs for ARRIVALS middle lane. Stay on the LOWER LEVEL do not go to upper level. Go past the car rentals building on your left hand side, and proceed to the end of the tunnel where on the left hand side are courtesy bus stops 11 & 12. Situated to the right of this is a waiting area where an ACE representative wearing a Black Jacket / Pink Shirt will be waiting to collect your car.
Return Procedures
Please call on entering the baggage re-claim area which will enable ACE meet and greet to return your car to you when you arrive at the pick up point.
Parking Information
Cars are stored at a secured car park 10 miles from Gatwick Airport. All chauffeurs are fully insured to drive your vehicle.
